Use this automatic switch to share a printer between up to 2 PCs. Switch automatically manages print jobs in a transparent manner. Switch can also be used to connect a PC to as many as 2 printers. Target printer is selected via software (supplied), or manually. Can broadcast a print job to print on all printers at the same time. LEDs provide switch status at a glance. This compact unit does not require AC power so it can be located virtually anywhere. Connect the switch to each PC using a straight-through DB25 Male to Male cable. Each printer connects to switch using a standard DB25 Male to 36-position Centronics Male bi-directional IEEE printer cable.
