supplies, including replacement cartridges. We guarantee that your
Rhinotek supply is free from defects in material and workmanship. Under
normal use and storage, this supply is guaranteed to perform as well or
better than the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) supply.
If
you are not satisfied with your Rhinotek supply, please call Rhinotek
Customer Service at 800-695-RHINO (695-7446). We will cover any
reasonable costs required to repair your printer should your Rhinotek
supply cause damage to your machine. Our confidence in this product
allows us to make this guarantee.
Should you incur a repair bill
as a result of a Rhinotek supply, simply provide us with the bill and a
signed statement from your service technician detailing the cause of
the damage. We will quickly review your claim.
Seller hereby
excludes any and all other representations and warranties, express or
implied, and expressly excludes warranties as to the merchantability of
these goods or their fitness for any particular purpose. Seller shall
not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All goods
are shipped upon condition that these terms be accepted by Buyer, if
not, Buyer must promptly return the goods and notify Seller in writing.
These terms supersede all prior oral or written terms or
representations and may be waived or modified only by writing signed by
an officer of Seller.
